Saysutshun is less than a km’s paddle from several Kayak launching spots in Nanaimo. Kayaking around the island offers 8.5 km of stunning views and serene waters. For those looking to extend their stay, overnight pull-outs are allowed on the park's south end near the ferry dock.

Jeff’s Kayak and Bike Rentals

Discover our shoreline at your own pace with a rental from Jeff, located at the Saysutshun Marine Provincial Park Campground. Their offerings include bike rentals (for adults & kids), kayaks (singles & tandem), SUP paddle boards, canoes, and paddle boats. Helmets and life jackets are also available.

Rates start at $15/hr for Kayaks and $20/hr for Bikes, with discounts for longer bookings.
